I am a Mary Kay consultant.
This started April 30.
Its been months and I've learned a lot about myself through this process. I hate being pushy. I hate confronting people. I have a fear people will tell me NO. But how will I know unless I try? I need to get out of my comfort zone and ask myself who can benefit from this company? EVERYONE!
This company gives me flexibility in working my own schedule. If I want to have a sale then I have a sale! If I want to invite someone to a meet I do! No pressure to answer to a boss only myself.
What company does that?
